All samples must be bite-size. No open air cooking is allowed. Crockpot or food warmers are permissible. The Junior League of Augusta has the discretion to request a merchant to discontinue cooking due to strong odors, allergies, etc.,

Booth Request
BOOTH PREFERENCE AND QUANTITY

Returning Merchants will receive a $100 discount on one 10x10 booth. If the Merchant Application is completed and the deposit is paid prior to July 15th, the merchant is eligible for an Early Bird Discount of $150 for booths / $50 tables. Merchants who hand-make at least 50% of the merchandise they will be selling at the market are eligible for an $100 artisan discount for booths / $50 artisan discount for tables. Returning merchant and Early Bird discounts cannot be combined - you will receive the greater of the two you are eligible for. Returning merchants and artisan discounts can not be combined.

Booth description:

  •  All booths have - one 8' back wall and two 3' side walls. Side walls are removable.
  • Premium Corner Booth: Corner booths along the entry corridor of the Market. Best visibility, highest traffic. Can be open on the corners to foot traffic by up to two sides.
  • Corner Booth: Corner booths throughout the Market. Can be open on the corner to foot traffic by up to two sides.
  • Interior Booth: Open to foot traffic by one side. Three booth walls are shared with a neighboring merchant.

Booth Entry Fee Includes: 6’ table; pipe and drape decor; tablecloth & skirt; two chairs; small trash can; vendor ID signage; listing on promotional materials, and JLA Website. Additional needs will be addressed in the Merchant Agreement and Information Sheet. If placed on a wait list, you will be notified via e-mail of openings. First come, first served.

2 individuals are allowed for each booth. If you have more than 2 people, then each additional merchant is $5 up to 3 additional people and they must present identification during merchant move in day.
